The staff were friendly and very attentive. They came to find us when we had trouble finding the resort. This is a lovely location from quite far from the center of Aqaba so be aware of the distance. However it is very near some very nice beaches.

The one thing that stands out about our stay was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Ahmed, while not speaking much English, is so helpful and puts so much effort in the way he serves the guests. The owner, Hamesh, went as far as to invite us to his family home to say thank you for our custom (and even offered us a free extra night if we wanted to stay longer). He also introduced us to Hafez – the taxi driver who can sort anything out for you. His prices are fair, he knows Jordan like the back of his hand, and he speaks fluent English (having studied at university in London). While food is scarce in this part of town, they always tried their best to create something for us to eat at breakfast or dinner (if we requested).

The Wifi was very slow but other than that all was fine. Perhaps some small things could be improved especially in regards to safety, we mentioned those things to the owner. The price is a little high.

We stayed two nights with two families (total 10 people). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The place has a real family feeling. The location is close to the beach. The admosphere very nice and the pool is great. We can highly recomend this resort!
